Redesign key add dialog

It's not very intuitive and also kind of overlaps with the layout dialog. It's also not super clear that key names can be changed, e.g. see #261 (closed). Probably better to redesign the layout dialog to do it all maybe, since that one has the better interface and would also allow control over stat panels (like renaming them as in #186 (closed)).
