AnimationFramerate default setting

At the moment AnimationFramerate will get autocorrected to 1 if you have any kind of invlid value in the ini (negative numbers and words). It should default to removing the AnimationFramerate from the programm, because the default setting isn't 1, its all-frames/per-second, which can only be archieved by removing the command from the ini completly
